ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION
If you selected a tracked service, we will send you an email with your tracking number once the package is prepared and picked up at our warehouse.
If your tracking link does not work, try it again later: it normally takes a couple of hours to register the tracking information. Please note that our team only works on business days. If your order has to pass through customs, FRETTMAN is not liable for any additional costs which may arise. If you send a return package to a wrong address, we are not liable for any loss or misplacement.
WHAT WARRANTY DOES IT HAVE?
All our products come with a 6 months quality and materials defects warranty, effective from the purchase date.
The warranty doesn’t cover standard wear and tear, the battery, the strap, loss or theft. FRETTMAN won’t accept any warranty claim if the watch shows signs of excessive use or of misuse.
CAN I GET THE WATCH WET? CAN I SHOWER OR SWIM WITH IT?
FRETTMAN watches are not diving watches. They should not be submerged.
The watch fulfils the international standard ISO 2281/DIN 8310 regarding impermeability and resistance to accidental splashes and rain. It is also designed and, during production, it is tested to bear static pressure to 3ATM (3 bar).
HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?
The battery lasts 2 years.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
To change or cancel your order, you should contact us via [email protected] as soon as possible after completing or receiving your order.
